Refund Policy

At Clelry, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We offer after-sales support within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Because Clelry currently ships directly from our fulfillment partners in China and we do not operate an overseas return warehouse, we generally do not accept product returns. Returning items internationally can take a long time, may result in high shipping costs, and may not be successfully received by us.

Instead of returns, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Replacement
  • Reshipment of missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
  • A photo of the shipping label or package, if relevant

After reviewing your request, we may offer a refund, partial refund, replacement, or reshipment depending on the situation.

Missing Items or Packages

If your order arrives with missing items, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@clelry.com.

We may ask for additional information so we can review the issue with our shipping or fulfillment partners. If approved, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, full refund, or partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other personal-use jewelry items are not eligible for return after delivery unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care
  • Items purchased with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or promotional items, unless required by law

Change of Mind

Because we do not operate an overseas return warehouse, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including cases where the customer no longer wants the item, ordered the wrong style, or changed their preference after delivery.

If there is a problem with your item, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@clelry.com.

Replacements and Reshipments

If a replacement or reshipment is approved, we will send the item to the original shipping address unless otherwise confirmed by our support team.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Clelry is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@clelry.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have certain cancellation or consumer rights under applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
