To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and cleaning products.

Store your jewelry in a dry place when not in use, preferably in a pouch or jewelry box.

Will the color look exactly the same as the photos?

We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or device display differences.

How is your jewelry packaged?

Each Clelry piece is thoughtfully packaged and ready for gifting or personal use.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 8–18 business days
  • Australia: 8–18 business days
  • Europe: 8–18 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to selected countries and regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other supported destinations.

If your country or region is available at checkout, we can ship to your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

We may offer free tracked shipping or optional paid shipping methods depending on your destination and current store settings.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@clelry.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

Do you accept returns?

Because Clelry currently ships directly from our fulfillment partners in China and does not operate an overseas return warehouse, we generally do not accept product returns.

Instead of returns, we may offer a refund, partial refund, replacement, or reshipment for eligible issues.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 30 days after delivery at support@clelry.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or reshipment.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Are earrings returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other personal-use jewelry items are not eligible for return after delivery unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
